INVITED-TEAM PILOT

Terms of service

Version: 1 October 2026

These terms describe the Turnwise AI pilot provided by Abhijit Choudhury in his individual capacity (the “provider”). Privacy requests and legal notices can be sent to ckihba@gmail.com. Turnwise AI is the service name.

1. Scope and participation

The pilot is for invited adults evaluating conversation review, AI-assisted questions and related collaborative work. Participation requires an approved account and permission to access the relevant content. An invitation, successful identity check or company email domain does not by itself authorize access to every workspace or project.

These terms apply when accepted as part of pilot participation. An expressly agreed written pilot or service agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with this page. A public website visit alone does not establish that an organization has accepted a contract. If acting for an organization, you must have authority for the commitments you make on its behalf.

2. AI assists; people decide

Transcription, speaker attribution, translation, answers and suggested requirements can be incomplete or wrong. Check material statements against the original recording and other reliable evidence before relying on, sharing or acting on them. A citation, fluent answer or saved recording is not a guarantee of accuracy.

AI-generated material is a draft, not professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for consequential decisions about people or as an emergency service. You remain responsible for deciding whether an output is appropriate and for obtaining qualified review where needed.

3. Content and recording permissions

Supply only content you are permitted to share and process. You are responsible for obtaining required participant notices and permissions for recording, transcription, AI processing and disclosure to your collaborators. Do not upload unlawfully obtained recordings or information that your organization prohibits sharing with these services.

You and the relevant rights holders retain rights in supplied recordings and other content. You authorize the provider and the service providers described in the privacy policy to process and store that content as needed to deliver, secure and support the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership of your source material.

AI output may resemble other output, contain third-party material or lack exclusive intellectual-property protection. Review it before redistribution. These terms do not promise that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Use only permissions granted to you. Do not bypass access checks or quotas, interfere with the service, impersonate other people, or use the application for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing activity.

Account administrators manage participation within their authorized scope. Personal Q&A recordings are not automatically shared with everyone who can access the underlying meeting. Removing a member's access does not erase their previously shared contributions.

5. Pilot availability and fees

The service is being evaluated and may change, become unavailable or have feature and usage limits. No uptime, response-time or fitness guarantee is offered by these pilot terms. Keep independent copies of important source material and use available exports rather than treating the pilot as your only archive.

The agreed account plan and any separately approved fee waiver govern your account. A waiver does not mean unlimited usage or permanent free access, and it does not change the underlying plan's permissions or allowances. No charge or paid subscription is created solely by these terms; any paid arrangement must be agreed separately.

The service depends on cloud, identity, AI and voice providers. Their availability and applicable restrictions can affect the pilot. The privacy policy explains the current data flows, retention and request process.

6. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law and any controlling written agreement, the pilot is provided as available without a warranty of uninterrupted service, error-free output, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing output and the decisions you make using it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business opportunity arising from use of the pilot. This does not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Nothing here guarantees that the provider has no liability.

7. Stopping access and requesting data

You may stop using the pilot at any time. Access may be restricted or suspended to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, revoked membership or the end of the agreed pilot. Where reasonably practical, we will explain the reason and coordinate access to available exports with the authorized account administrator.

Stopping access does not automatically delete shared records, recordings or backups. Contact the privacy address above for data requests; the privacy policy explains the current process and limitations.

8. Updates and a future company service

Material changes to these terms or the provider will be communicated before they apply to continued pilot participation, with renewed agreement where required. A future company operator will be identified explicitly; a planned transfer does not automatically replace these terms.

Contact ckihba@gmail.com about a concern or dispute so it can first be addressed directly. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.
