Keep every voice
in the picture.
Read the transcript, follow each speaker’s perspective, and return to a complete passage when the wording needs a closer listen.
THE CONVERSATION IS JUST THE BEGINNING
Turn what people say into work you can move forward—with every perspective in view and the original conversation within reach.
Currently welcoming invited teams. Starting with discovery conversations and requirements.
FROM A CONVERSATION TO A CLEAR NEXT STEP
A requirement is more useful when you know where it came from. Follow this example from a draft requirement back to the words behind it.
REQUIREMENT 01 Draft for review
The operations team needs one place to see what has arrived, what is missing, and who is following up.
Received, in review, and resolved are visible.
A missing document has an owner and a next step.
SOURCE PASSAGE Example transcript
AAlex“I want to see what has arrived without having to ask three different people.”
BSam“And if something is missing, we need to know who’s chasing it.”
In your workspace, listening controls open the original speaker passage. This illustration contains no recording.
TEAM REVIEW Example contribution
Sam added a clarification
“Some invoices arrive by email and some are uploaded. We should include both.”
The owner can incorporate that clarification into the next version. The earlier wording and the reviewer’s contribution remain part of the history.
A CONNECTED WAY OF WORKING
Our goal is simple: less effort getting from a conversation to a result people can trust.
Read the transcript, follow each speaker’s perspective, and return to a complete passage when the wording needs a closer listen.
Explore the meeting through text or voice. Inspect the supporting passages, and distinguish what was said from what is being inferred.
Review requirements and acceptance criteria together. Keep contributions attributed and export a readable specification with its evidence.
FOR CONVERSATIONS THAT NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE
CONSULTING & DISCOVERY
Bring customer needs, constraints, and competing perspectives into one reviewable direction.
Our first focused workflowPRODUCT & RESEARCH
Our longer-term direction: connect learning across conversations without losing the people or context behind it.
Product directionCLARITY IS A PRODUCT FEATURE
Confidence comes from being able to check, question, and correct—not from an answer that only sounds certain.
Transcript passages and listening links let reviewers return to the recording in context.
Unclear wording and draft translations are flagged for review. A recommendation is distinguished from a recorded decision.
Reviewers add context without erasing each other’s input. Reconciled versions retain the earlier wording.
Meeting content is available to invited reviewers. A public link is not permission to read a private conversation.
A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT
The current invited-team workspace brings together a prepared transcript, protected passage playback, text and voice questions, collaborative requirements review, version history, and specification exports. New meeting onboarding is managed during the pilot.
Turnwise AI currently provides access to invited teams. Self-service signup and public plans are not open yet. If you already have an invitation, use the sign-in link to open your workspace.
It helps you get to the passages and questions that deserve attention. Reviewers remain responsible for checking unclear wording, interpretations, and the final specification.
The current workflow displays recognized Hindi in Roman letters, with a separately labelled draft English meaning for predominantly Hindi passages. Where wording is unclear, listen to the source passage to check it.
Turnwise AI is a standalone software-as-a-service application for turning conversations into useful, evidence-backed work. Teams can review perspectives, clarify requirements, and return to the original conversation.
