Turnwise AI

INSIDE TURNWISE

Shape how AI
works with you.

Select models, develop instructions and connect tools in one studio. Use existing models or adapt them where your task needs it.

MODELS AND WORKFLOWS

Develop AI around
work you know.

A template gives you a concrete goal to work towards, such as a proposal, a research finding or a training guide. Your examples show what good work looks like. Your feedback identifies what needs to improve.

Model selection and adaptation begin with what the task needs: understanding speech or images, reasoning over documents, or choosing tool calls. Assess suitable existing models first. Where adaptation is useful, training changes model or adapter parameters to develop the required behaviour. Compare the result with the original model on examples kept out of training.

Workflow instructions describe the steps, output format, reference sources and review requirements. These live in a reusable skill file, separate from the model, so the procedure can change as your work changes.

Use Turnwise to combine the selected models, workflow instructions and relevant tools. Apply them to new work and review the outcome. Each task keeps its own sources, answers and drafts. A reviewed improvement can change one part or several parts of the capability.

DESIGN AND ASSESSMENT

Define the result.
Test the work that produces it.

Agree what success means.

For a proposal, that could mean supported requirements, explicit assumptions, a complete scope and a draft the team can review. Decide which actions need approval and how much time and cost the task can justify.

Assess the model.

Use examples kept out of training to check the behaviour you want to improve. Compare the original and adapted versions, including difficult cases and capabilities that must be preserved.

Evaluate the working capability.

Run the task with its instructions, sources and tools. Check the outcome, supporting evidence, failed actions, recovery and requests for human input. Measure time and cost alongside quality.

How training and improvement fit together
Prepare useful examples
Turn relevant business material into reviewed examples of good decisions and outcomes. Keep source links, corrections and difficult cases. Separate training material from assessment cases.
Choose a training method
Depending on the model and task, development can use supervised examples, preference feedback or practice in an environment with scored outcomes. The method follows the behaviour that needs to change.
Review each change
Compare the complete capability before and after a change. Keep track of model versions, instructions, tool settings and assessment results so a previous working version can be restored.
Learn from use
Review successful work, failures and user corrections. Select what should change and test it before putting the revised capability into use.

FROM SOURCES TO FINISHED WORK

Develop the draft.
Keep the context.

Review transcripts, listen to original passages and ask text or voice questions. Follow source references, request changes and retain earlier revisions.

Resolve open questions with your team, then export the reviewed content for its next use.

SERVICES FROM INDRIYA

Build a capability
with our team.

Bring the documents, recordings and examples your business already produces. Our team works with you to prepare the material, adapt models, define workflows and connect tools. We connect the execution that supplies context, runs permitted tools and keeps progress between turns. We assess the result with you and help put it into use.

HOW TURNWISE WORKS

Work through
the task with AI.

Turnwise brings your sources, models and workflow instructions together. It keeps track of the task, supplies relevant context to the model, uses connected tools and brings questions and results back to you.

  1. 01 · YOUR MATERIAL

    Start with discovery.

Add a recording, a customer brief and a product demonstration. Turnwise brings the relevant evidence and proposal instructions to the model.

  2. 02 · A QUESTION

    Resolve a gap.

The model identifies a missing integration requirement. Turnwise asks you about it and includes your answer in the next step.

  3. 03 · THE WORK

    Develop the proposal.

Turnwise coordinates document searches and model responses as requirements become scope, deliverables and a draft.

  4. 04 · YOUR REVIEW

    Refine the result.

You correct an assumption. Turnwise carries that correction into the next response and saves the revised work for review.

The conversation continues as questions, evidence and revisions change the task.

How the parts work together
The model
Interprets your material, develops responses and proposes next actions. Use a model suited to the task, or adapt it and assess whether its behaviour improves.
Workflow instructions
Describe the procedure, output format and review requirements in a reusable skill file.
Agentic execution
Assembles context, invokes the model, runs permitted tool requests and returns results for the next step. Checks returned results and continues, asks you for input or stops. The application enforces tool permissions and mandatory approvals.
Context and memory
Relevant sources, previous answers and project records supply the information needed for each step. Stored task progress can be retrieved across turns without changing model weights.
Speech and vision
Connect spoken references with the relevant image, video moment or document passage. The choice of models and processing determines which inputs a workflow can understand.
Your role
Set the goal, answer questions, review the work and approve actions where required.

Review results to decide whether to improve the model, instructions, context or tools. Selected examples and corrections can feed a separate model adaptation process. See how model adaptation works.
